What if I want a custom order for a frame or size not featured?

What’s your return policy?

Damaged or Defective Orders → If your artwork arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo so we can process your replacement quickly.

All Other Cases → Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. That said, we want you to love your piece — if something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Broadly speaking, not at the moment - BUT if interested, reach out as we’re happy to try and coordinate!
